So far, six of the seven pre-construction buyers of units at the condominium have been owners of single-family homes at the Coral Ridge Country Club, Dan Teixeira, sales director of the project, told the Sun-Sentinel. Teixeira also told the newspaper that construction of the 11-unit condo building should conclude by the first quarter of 2017 instead of late this year, as originally expected. Work crews have razed a building at the site to make way for 33 Intracoastal.

Prices for the 11 units at 2895 Northeast 33 Court in Fort Lauderdale range from $925,000 to $2.1 million. Common-area amenities will include a swimming pool, an electric car-charging station and a garden. [Sun-Sentinel]Mike Seemuth
