Arquitectonica, one of South Florida’s most prevalent architecture firms, has played a big part in shaping the luxury condos that are sprouting up all over South Florida. With new projects on the horizon in downtown Miami, and now even West Palm Beach, the firm is poised to leave a lasting impression in the region’s skylines.

The firm’s principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia sat down with The Real Deal’s South Florida Managing Editor Ina Cordle at TRD’s Broward Showcase & Forum to discuss the challenges of designing a project in the urban core, and why more developers are choosing to build there.
