Back in the early 2000s when the Miami condo boom was just a glimmer in the city’s eye, Harvey Hernandez founded Newgard Development Group and began building condos. Years later, the company opened Miami’s first residential building with a robotic parking garage — however controversial — and has even more projects in the pipeline.
Hernandez sat down with The Real Deal’s South Florida Managing Editor Ina Cordle at TRD‘s Broward Showcase & Forum to discuss his newest projects and what makes the Broward real estate market so different from Miami-Dade County.
