Power players gather for Riva Fort Lauderdale’s rooftop soirée: PHOTOS

Riva Fort Lauderdale hosted more than 500 of South Florida’s top brokers and power players for a VIP rooftop party at Audi Fort Lauderdale.

Riva, a 15-story condo tower that broke ground last year and is in the midst of vertical construction, is being developed by Bradley Deckelbaum of Premier Developers. Prices for the 100 units range from $645,000 to $1.75 million, with penthouses starting at $2 million.

The developer released the River Loft, the largest unit on the second and third floors, in August. It’s on the market for $5.25 million.
