On the scene at Chateau Beach’s Sky Villa reveal: PHOTOS

The Chateau Group unveiled its sky villa at the Chateau Beach Residences this week at a private tour and cocktail reception.

Chateau completed the luxury 81-unit tower in Sunny Isles Beach in August. Attendees got the first look at the sky villa, an 11,196-square-foot unit on the 24th floor of the 32-story tower. It includes a private rooftop pool, five bedrooms, staff quarters, 12-foot ceilings and terraces that total close to 3,000 square feet, according to a spokesperson.

Amenities at Chateau Beach, at 17475 Collins Avenue, include an oceanfront fitness center, spa with a relaxation terrace, wine lounge and more. Units feature ocean views, floor-to-ceiling windows and private pools.
