KB Home opens Creekstone in Orlando

Los Angeles-based KB Home opened its Creekstone single-family home development in Orlando, where the public can now tour three model homes. Prices for Creekstone residences start in the $260,000s.

The development is located near Orlando International Airport and a cluster of medical employers in Lake Nona. The Disney World and Universal Studios theme parks and the Lee Vista Promenade are within a short drive.

Creekstone will have one- and two-story houses with as many as six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

Community amenities will include a swimming pool, dog park, playground and picnic tables.

Creekstone houses will range in size from 1,676 square feet to 4,120. They will feature such energy-conserving features as a Wi-Fi thermostat, dual-pane windows and ample insulation as well as WaterSense water-saving fixtures.
