Axiom brokers sale-leaseback of Doral restaurant

Aventura-based Axiom Capital Advisors brokered an off-market sale and leaseback of the Famous Dave’s BBQ restaurant in Doral.

Roberto Susi, a principal of Axiom, represented the buyer, Famous Capital, LLC, in the sale-leaseback transaction. The seller was BCBK Investment Group, LLC.

David Betesh, managing director of Eastern Union Funding, arranged financing for the acquisition.

The 6,645-square-foot freestanding restaurant occupies a 60,603-square-foot lot at 8210 Northwest 36 Street in Doral.

The location is adjacent to the new CityPlace Doral, a mixed-use development by Related Group, Shoma Group and PGIM Real Estate Investors.

“This location provides the buyer with a safe long-term investment in a top-tier market. Doral is a hub for successful restaurant chains,” said Susi said in a written statement.
