Latin pop star Prince Royce lists Gables home

Latin pop music recording artist Prince Royce listed his Coral Gables home for sale with an asking price of $2.99 million.

Royce listed the home with “The Jills,” Coldwell Banker agents Jill Eber and Jill Herztberg, the top-selling Coldwell Banker team in world for the last five years.

In the early 2000s, acclaimed designer Victor Vazquez remodeled and redesigned the modern home at 144 North Prospect Drive in Coral Gables, originally designed by renowned architect Hilario Candela.

The home spans 5,780 square feet. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two powder rooms. The master suite has a two-level closet.

The residence features a soundproof, fully operational recording studio with a red ceiling and black-and-white patterned walls. It also has a billiards room with a gold bar.

Outside, the property is equipped with automated gates and a high tech home security system, plus a pool, spa and outdoor kitchen.
