Lauderale agent arranges $103M sale of retail space at 7 resorts

Lori Schneider, a Fort Lauderdale-based agent of brokerage firm Marcus & Millichap, arranged the sale of a seven-property portfolio of retail stores at luxury resorts for $103 million.

The portfolio encompasses 423,482 square feet of ground-floor retail stores at six ski resorts and one golf and beach resort. The resorts include one in Florida, The Village of Baytowne Wharf in Miramar Beach; two in Canada, and one each in California, Colorado, Vermont and West Virginia.

Schneider exclusively represented the seller, CNL Lifestyle Properties, and found the buyer, a private real estate consortium comprised of Blue River Family Office Partners, MMG Equity Partners and The Imperium Companies.

Marcus & Millichap’s brokers of record in the transaction included Kirk Felici in the firm’s Miami office.

Schneider, executive director of the institutional property advisers division of Marcus & Millichap, specializes in sales of retail property for the brokerage firm and ranks among its top retail agents.
