A multigenerational Napa Valley wine estate has landed on the market with a nine-figure price tag.
Glendale Ranch, a roughly 2,000-acre property at 750 Conn Valley Road in St. Helena, is back on the market for $100 million, Realtor.com reported. The ranch boasts four homes, 40 acres of vineyards, nearly 800 additional acres suitable for planting and a private lake.
The property has been in the same family for generations and has produced wine for more than a century. The ranch’s ownership traces back to oil magnate David Fasken, who acquired it in the 1930s. Today, Fasken’s great-niece Lindsey Wiseman and her husband Andrew Green live on the property with their family.
The estate spans 17 parcels and includes a main residence dating to the 1880s, as well as three additional homes that could serve as guest houses, staff housing or income-generating rentals. The 40 acres of vineyards are dotted with cabernet sauvignon, malbec, petit verdot, petit syrah and merlot, providing an established wine operation alongside expansion potential. Water features on the property include a 7-acre private lake, multiple ponds, wells and secured rights to the year-round Conn Creek.
Glendale Ranch first came up for sale in late 2024 for $100 million. The property was eventually pulled from the market before relisting last week, per Zillow records.
The $100 million asking price dwarfs other St. Helena wine estates that have been recently searching for buyers, including Ryan Seacrest, who recently slashed the price on his St. Helena estate to $19.2 million after two years on the market.
Last month, the 20-acre property at 150 Mills Lane was listed for $13 million. The property was owned by late San Francisco Giants owner Peter Magowan and boasts a 7,175-square-foot main house, 15 acres of planted vineyards and resort-style amenities including a pool and spa, outdoor kitchen pavilion, pool house, breakfast nook, three wood-burning fireplaces, a tennis court and landscaped gardens.
Earlier this spring, the 42-acre Benessere Vineyards property headed to the auction block after failing to find a buyer following two years on the market with an asking price lowered to $28 million from $35 million. The estate once belonged to winemaker Charles Shaw, the namesake for Trader Joe’s “Two-Buck Chuck” wines.
