Developer Donald Trump has said he is “honored” that the licensing of his name has become the subject of a lawsuit which was filed earlier this week.
The suit, filed by condo buyers at Trump Towers in Sunny Isles Beach,
alleges that the project’s developers, the Related Group and Dezer
Development, used the Trump name to sell the units, but may alter the
name after the building is sold out. The suit, in which Trump himself
is not named a defendant, seeks the cancellation of over $100 million
in units, and claims around $21 million in down payments.

I guess they haven’t fully grasped the concept of the internet down there in florida, see we new yorkers have things to do so we like all our shit in one spot. I guess if I was a yokel in miami and I just sold my thriving churro stand business to buy my ‘hot’ new condo in 06 and now and I’m scrimping by, I could sit around all day and scrounge around the web and then come here and bad mouth a service trying to help. Loser.
