Ground broken on Miami Gardens shopping center

 
DZD Holdings and its partners have broken ground on Palmetto Gardens Plaza, a Miami Gardens shopping center that will total 107,000 square feet.

Located at 3791 NW 167th Street, near the Palmetto Expressway, the project will be the largest shopping center in Miami Gardens. Construction is expected to finish in 14 to 18 months. Leasing is already underway.

The L-shaped mall, built on a 20,000-square-foot parcel, will have a contemporary facade.
