Ground broken on Medical District building

Developer Gutierrez Group has broken ground on Highland Park Center. The 126,000-square-foot Class A office building is going up at 1001 Sunnybrook Road in Miami’s Medical District. Gutierrez Group is pursuing LEED Silver certification for the 11-story building, slated for completion in winter 2009. Miami-based brokerage Fairchild Partners has been hired to lease the building, which will cater to tenants in healthcare. TRD
