Boca Raton mall hoping to rent office space

Simon Property Group, owner of the Terrace at Town Center Mall in Boca Raton, has retained Crocker Partners to lease 18,000 square feet of Class A office space in the mall. The office space was created in 2007, when mall anchor tenant Crate & Barrel built a two-level store and the mall chose to add adjacent office space. The space can be subdivided into spaces ranging from 5,000 to 18,000 square feet, said Jon Blunk, vice president and leasing agent at Crocker Partners.
