Pharrell Williams sues developer

Producer Pharrell Williams sued developer Ugo Colombo over leaks in his $14 million Bristol Towers penthouse at 2127 Brickell Avenue. Williams, his company PW Continuum, and downstairs neighbor Hector Lopez sued the developer and the condo association in their original suit, but took a $525,000 settlement from the association.
