Hoping for a Miracle Marketplace

Developer Talisman Companies has renovated the Coral Gables shopping center Miracle Marketplace at a cost of millions of dollars. It’s the fourth time someone has tried to make the property profitable, and the developer doesn’t think it will take a miracle. Dan Cetina, Talisman’s executive vice president, said bringing value retailers such as Marshalls and Nordstrom Rack will help shoppers stretch their dollars.
