The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 5154 La Gorce Drive in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.1 million Dade County home saw a $550,000, or 33 percent, price cut. The home was originally listed for $1.7 million when it first hit the market in August. The home was recently renovated and sits on a 10,020-square-foot lot. Leon Weinschneider of Optimar International Realty has the listing.
