A contractor has placed a lien on the West Palm Beach restaurant Carousel Can Can Café in CityPlace. Sisca Construction Services filed a suit in Palm Beach County Circuit Court after it said it was owed $178,050. The contractor said it did $326,762 worth of work on the French restaurant/entertainment venue, but never received full payment. A CityPlace spokesman said the conflict is being resolved and the bill will be paid by year-end. [Palm Beach Post]
