The former home of Ivana Trump, the first wife of real estate mogul Donald Trump, has been sold for $3.975 million, according to Palm Beach property records. The seller, Ted Gossett, an associate with Sotheby’s International Realty, handled the listing himself, asking $5.25 million for the 4,700-square-foot home at 190 Via Palma. Gossett purchased the four-bedroom South End property from Trump for $2.55 million in 2004. It has three walk-in kitchen pantries and its grounds have formal English gardens. The buyer was LAH Properties, managed by CGI Holdings. CGI is a subsidiary of the Clinton Group, a hedge fund co-founded by George Hall. Hall and his wife Lori are residents of New Jersey.
