Omni Mall becomes Omni Offices after $43M renovation

The former Omni International Mall in Miami is now the Omni Offices with the recent completion of Argent Ventures’ $43 million renovation and conversion of a 320,000-square-foot retail space at the site. It took Miller Construction two years of work on five floors on the southern end of the three-building mall; the second phase of the project is planned for three floors covering 280,000 square feet on the north end. The General Services Administration has already leased 28,000 square feet of Class A space at the new offices, which were designed by Robin Bosco Architects and Planners. TRD
