Miami-Dade condo sales rise 61 percent

The number of condominium sales in Miami-Dade went up 10.2 percent from January to February of 2010. The 9.164 total pending sales in the county marked a nine percent rise over the previous month. For the year, condo sales rose 87 percent. The increase was buoyed by a growing number of homes under $250,000. January was the 17th consecutive month to show year-over-year improvement on existing home sales. TRD
