Lake Court home in Palm Beach goes for $5M

Robert Holuba, a lawyer and investor, purchased a four-bedroom,
6,900-square-foot home at 1500 Lake Court for $5 million, according a
warranty deed from the Palm Beach County Clerk. The total price was
$5.3 million, including costs and fees, still a steep drop from its
last listed price, which was $6.9 million. Holuba was represented by
realtor Susan Furman of Linda A. Gary real estate. The home sits on 100
feet of waterfront on the Intracoastal Waterway. [Palm Beach Daily News]
