NAI/Merin Hunter Codman expands staff by 50 percent

NAI/Merin Hunter Codman announced that its commercial real estate
brokerage staff has now grown more than 50 percent for the year 2010, 
from 13 to 20 professionals compared to a year ago. The hiring spree is
part of the firm’s regional stategy, which includes moving toward
Southern Palm Beach County and Broward County. The year’s hirings are
highlighted by the move of Steven O’Hara from CB Richard Ellis. O’Hara
was named a managing director at NAI/Merin’s Boca Raton office in the
spring. The company, which is the largest commercial brokerage in Palm
Beach County, is looking to broaden its commercial landlord
representation in Boca Raton. TRD
