The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 18 Indian Creek Drive in Indian Creek Village, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $17.9 million Miami-Dade home saw a $1.6 million, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $19. 5 million when it hit the market in April. The waterfront home sits on a 80,000-square-foot lot and has a pool, views of Downtown Miami and the Intracoastal Waterway, an elevator, library and three-car garage.
