The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom condo in the Bayview Fisher Island at 5251 Fisher Island Drive, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.3 million Miami-Dade home saw a $650,000, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.95 million when it hit the market in April. The 4,010-square-foot, waterfront home is newly renovated with unobstructed views of Downtown Miami. Mary Ann Portell of Portell International has the listing.
