Tiger Woods is getting the $2.4 million Orlando home he once shared with ex-wife Elin Nordegren as part of the couple’s divorce settlement, according to court records. Bloomberg News reported that the Isleworth home — the site of Woods’ infamous car crash that prompted him to admit numerous incidents of infidelity — was transferred solely to Woods’ name July 4, the same day the divorce settlement was reached. Gossip website TMZ.com reported that Nordegren would walk away from the divorce with $100 million, though attorneys for the couple have not confirmed that figure. Meanwhile, Nordegren has been spotted house-hunting in Boca Raton, while Woods has also reportedly taken out a $54.5 million mortgage — on which he is listed as a “single man” — on the new Florida mansion he’s building on Jupiter Island. He is also building a house for his mother on the tony island. [Bloomberg]
