Musical chairs for Miami office market

Miami’s two newest office towers, 1450
Brickell and the Wells Fargo Financial Center have been the scene
of a musical chairs of sorts in commercial real estate, with two major
law firms, Bilzin Sumberg and Greenberg Traurig, moving into new digs at
the buildings. The half-finished Brickell Financial Center is also
waiting in the wings. The downtown Brickell corridor, which has seen an
influx of 1.3 million square feet, is showing
