“The Rock” sells Davie manse

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and his ex-wife, Dany Garcia Johnson, have sold their 8,321-square-foot mansion in Davie’s June Groves enclave for $1.18 million. The couple bought it, new, for just $419,000 in 2000. The “Game Plan” star recently sold another South Florida property, a condo in Pembroke Pines’ Century Village, for $20,000, but still retains several other properties in the region. He has a house in Davie’s WestRidge development, another, smaller home in June Groves and a condo at Hallandale Beach’s Parker Tower. [SFBJ]
