Belle Isle condos team up for group deals on maintenance, laundry

The president of a homeowners association on Belle Isle is lobbying to work together with nearby condominium buildings on contracts for common services to cut costs and pass the savings on to unit owners. Nellie Barrios, president at Costa Brava, has already met with presidents from Belle Plaza and Nine Island Avenue about her idea, and said she’s hoping to negotiate group rates by working together.
