Starmark relocates to Fort Lauderdale

Starmark International, the advertising and interactive marketing firm,
is relocating its headquarters to downtown Fort Lauderdale. The company
signed a 10-year, 8,038-square-foot lease to occupy the entire building
at 200 South Andrews Avenue, relocating from its office in Dania.
Starmark was represented in its site search and lease negotiations by
Cushman and Wakefield’s Rod Loschiavo and Jim Cahlin. Green Capital
Realty Advisors represented 770 Fort Lauderdale, the seller. TRD
