Amar’e Stoudemire and the W South Beach
New York Knicks forward Amar’e Stoudemire is putting his duplex
penthouse in the W South Beach up for sale for $6.5 million. According
to sources, recording artist Sir Ivan Wilzig is interested in the
apartment and could view it this week. The penthouse is 5,244 square
feet and sits on the Collins Avenue hotel’s 20th floor. Stoudemire purchased
the apartment in August 2009 directly from W South Beach
development partnership 2201 Collins Fee. [NY Post]
