South Florida has a number of high-profile architects who have been
active in the design of commercial real estate towers in the area. Bruce
Brosch, for example, leads Nicholas Brosch Wurst Wolfe &
Associates, which is responsible for the design of both 1450 Brickell
and the Wells Fargo Center, the two newest and largest office towers to
hit the Miami market. Adolfo Cotilla, principal at ACAI Associates, is
leading the firm’s design of Nova Southeastern Univeristy’s
oceanographic research center in Hollywood. [SFBJ]
