The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 1292 Biscaya Dr in Surfside, according to Condo Vultures Realty. The $2 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1 million, or 33 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3 million when it hit the market in April. The 6,034-square-foot, waterfront home sits on a 9,750-square-foot lot on Biscaya Island and has a pool, vaulted ceilings, and panoramic bay views.
