Haven Gastro-Lounge to open May 6

Haven Gastro-Lounge, a new eatery on Miami Beach’s Lincoln Road, is
slated to open May 6. The 2,000-square-foot, 120-person restaurant will
have an open kitchen and a chef’s counter, along with a ceiling grid
with 1,000 color-changing replicas of ice cubes used at the bar. Todd
Erickson, who was previously the
sous chef at downtown Miami’s Zuma, will be the restaurant’s executive chef. [Eater.com]
