Brazilians take large parcels downtown

Brazilian Investors, along with Integra Solutions, have paid an
estimated $12 million for two riverfront parcels in Miami’s downtown
Brickell area. Riverfront Parcel 5 and Riverfront Parcel 6, as the sites
are known, form one of the largest transactions by a Brazilian group in
Miami-Dade in several years. Integra Solutions, along with its
Brazilian equity partners, also recently closed on the Peninsula in
Boynton Beach. “With Brazilian currency reaching a historically high
level compared to other global currencies, including the U.S. dollar,
the international purchasing power of the Brazilian investor in the U.S.
is very attractive,” said Nelson Stabile, director of business
