The Palm Beach home of former media mogul Conrad Black has been
purchased by a California family for $23.1 million, according to Palm
Beach County records. Black, who is awaiting re-sentencing in federal
court in Chicago, sold the home, which is located at 1930 South Ocean
Boulevard, through an entity called LJC Property Holdings, which is
located in Pennsylvania. According to broker Lawrence Moens, who had the
listing for two months, the buyers are a young family from California.
“I had great sellers and great buyers,” Moens said. Corcoran’s Paulette
Koch and Dana Koch represented the California buyers, whose names were
not provided by Koch. [Palm
