A home at 101 El Mirasol in Palm Beach has been sold for $12.5 million,
according to a deed filed in the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office. The
buyers are a couple from New York who have owned other Palm Beach
residences in the past, according to broker Lawrence Moens, who
represented buyer and seller in the transaction. The British West
Indies-style home has a living area of 5,987 square feet. The family
purchased the property through an LLC called J-Palm based in Delaware.
The home was sold by the trust of the late Norma Saul, who died last
summer. [Palm
