I’m not very keen of having a casino sandwhiched between the Episcopal Cathedral and the Performing Arts Center. I support casinos in Miami, but not at that location.

That’s a hefty price for 14 acres, but its waterfront. There must be some big plans ahead. No casinos?

We do not need and should not want casino gambling in Miami or anywhere else in FL. Miami has been growing and prospering without the need for this dirty industry. Drugs, crime and addiction problems will only escalate if we allow gambling into our community.

Follow the money, it’s called prosperity! No one else wanted it at that price.

This is a landmark building. The property is primo prime. The resort will flurish on this property. And yes I can see the Casino too.
