Subway signs two Miami leases

Subway Restaurants has signed leases in two new Miami locations, Beacon
Hill Property Group announced yesterday. The company signed leases at
Marina Blue, which is located at 888 Biscayne Boulevard in downtown
Miami, and the Miracle Marketplace, which is at Coral Way and SW 33rd
Avenue in Coral Gables. Subway is looking for several more sites in
Miami between 1,200 and 1,500 square feet, Beacon said. — Alexander
