Gifford joins CBRE’s Capital Markets Group

Tim Gifford has joined CB Richard Ellis’ Capital Markets group as senior vice president, the company announced today. Working from the Miami office, Gifford will focus on “investment acquisitions, dispositions and financing of properties in the Latin American markets.” He will also act as a liaison for capital markets activities in Latin America.

“I look forward to working closely with the CBRE offices in the region to provide clients with a seamless, one-stop capital markets advisor platform,” Gifford said in a statement.

Gifford was previously with an affiliate office of CBRE where he advised on institutional acquisitions in Latin America, the company said. Most recently, Gifford was with Aguirre Newman America as area director responsible for overseeing the Americas capital markets division. — Katherine Clarke
