Tuesday was the first chance for brokers to take a look at the new $59
million Kluge mansion in Palm Beach that was recently put on the market by
listing brokers Paulette and Dana Koch of Corcoran and Carol Diggs and Carole Hogan of Brown Harris Stevens. The Real Deal was
on the scene to take a look at the 21,000-square-foot home, which was
owned by John Kluge, a Columbia University alumnus and once ranked by
Forbes as the wealthiest person in the world. (See photos by Amy Ramirez after the jump) Kluge willed the
property to Columbia University upon his death last year. — Alexander Britell

Pam Liebman, hurry back to New York! 79 of your Corcoran brokers are operating without a license! You’re being fined $70K – so this is no time for you to be going to parties. Time to clean house here!

Palm Beach real estate agents are famous for self promotion- they love looking at themselves in their velvet slippers- like horses asses. Many of them actually have real mug shots on the local prison website.

It would be more helpful to show pictures of the rooms of the home and the grounds, instead of showing pictures of brokers.

That’s so funny! Was this mixed up with someone’s personal vacation pictures?!!! Instead of showing off the property, we get pictures of the brokers and their buddies. You can’t make this stuff up! HAHA

Do not waste our time again. We wanted to see the houses. If I wanted to see brokers I just need to go to the unemployment office.

Show the home, and mention the companies that attended the event. Also, these photos are of the areas least interesting to potential buyers.
