Despite a huge amount of new space added to Miami’s downtown Central Business District, office developers are looking ahead to the next construction cycle. “Office development is not a business for the faint of heart,” said Allen Morris, president of Allen Morris Co. “It’s a little bit like shooting skeet. You don’t shoot at the clay pigeon, but at where it’s going to be.” Morris’ next project, Ponce de Leon Towers, could be ready within two years. The project, which is located at 2801 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, is a 16-story, 203,000-square-foot tower. [Miami Today]
