Cushman expansion brings Aventura Industrial Center to full capacity

Cushman & Wakefield is expanding at the Aventura Industrial Center in Miami at 555 Northeast 185th Street, the Florida Real Estate Journal reported, bringing the building to 100 percent occupancy.
The company signed two expansion and renewal leases totaling 302,825 square feet.
Wayne Ramoski, Brian Smith and Audley Bosch of Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami Industrial Team had represented owner Principal Real Estate Investors in marketing the available space, the Journal said. [FREJ]
