Cushman to market One Financial Center

Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped as the leasing agent for One Financial Center, the 276,000-square-foot office tower in Fort Lauderdale. Tenants at the project, which is located at 100 SE Third Avenue, include Regions Bank and a number of law firms. Cushman’s Jon Blunk will market the property on behalf of a joint venture between Crocker Partners and WestCity. “Crocker Partners is known throughout South Florida as a dedicated and hands-on owner,” said Blunk, a senior director at Cushman. “I look forward to working with them to bring the existing leasing opportunities at One Financial Center to market and maximize the value of their newest asset. — Alexander Britell
