Lawmaker wants foreclosure attorneys back

July 28, 2011 11:42AM

Florida Representative Darren Soto said he wanted the state’s recently-fired
foreclosure attorneys
back at work if their performance reviews
were as positive as reported. Theresa Edwards and June Clarkson, who had
been the lead investigators on the state’s foreclosure fraud cases,
claim they received no reason for their firings, and that they
had been receiving positive performance reviews
. Soto sent a public
records request to Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi seeking documents
concerning the two attorneys’ firings. “Public records indicate these
terminations occurred while they were in the midst of successful
mortgage fraud litigation and in spite of prior successful reviews,” he
wrote in the request. [Palm

It is very obvious from Biondi’s actions that the banks supported Biondi’s campaign fund. It is time to take matters in floridians hands and petition a recall of Biondi from the state attorney general position. Floridians unite.
