Cervera adds five locations, announces new managing partner

Cervera Real Estate has added five new locations across South Florida as part of a multimillion dollar-plan to expand its reach and its team to more than 250 agents, the company said yesterday. The new offices include two in Miami, one in South Beach, one in Hallandale and one in West Palm Beach.
Cervera has also announced that Alicia Cervera Lamadrid will begin serving as the company’s managing partner.
“This timely expansion in the South Florida market is resonating well among our customers, real estate agents, and developers,” Cervera Lamadrid said.

Cervera is the exclusive broker for the St. Regis in Bal Harbour, the Epic in downtown Miami, the Marquis Residences in downtown Miami and the City Place south tower in West Palm Beach. — Katherine Clarke
