Land on Miami Beach’s Indian Creek Island has sold for $15 million,
according to EWM. The seller was not disclosed by EWM, but public
documents show it was New Jersey-based L&L Indian Creek Properties.
L&L was represented by EWM’s Pablo Alfaro on the deal for the
property, which it bought in 2005 for $11.4 million. The buyer, also undisclosed, was European. “This parcel
represents the great attraction people across the world have for owning
property in South Florida,” Alfaro said. The land is adjacent to the
Indian Creek golf course. [SFBJ]
