Israeli development group Leviev Boymelgreen has refinanced the Marquis condominium in Miami at $67.5 million, the South Florida Business Journal reported. Mexican Banco Inbursa was assigned the loan, originally granted by an affiliate of iStar Financial in 2007, which covers the 97 unsold units in the building at 1100 Biscayne Boulevard. The Real Deal recently reported that the residences have reached the 70 percent sold mark. According to Cervera Real Estate, which markets the project, 60 percent of buyers at Marquis have been from abroad, with the bulk coming from Brazil. [SFBJ]
