Brickell CitiCentre will begin construction by the second quarter of
2012, according to developer Swire Properties and architect
Arquitectonica. “With our Brickell CitiCentre development on the
horizon, we are pleased to have assembled a team of local, national and
even international consultants to assure Brickell CitiCentre’s design
continues to take shape as a game-changer for Miami,” said Swire
President Stephen Owens. The Miami office of Kimley-Horn &
Associates has also been added to the project team. Kimley-Horn will
oversee civil engineering responsibilities. [SFBJ]
