Riviera Beach, Pompano Beach shopping centers sell

MYA Properties has purchased shopping centers in Riviera Beach and
Pompano Beach for an undisclosed price, according to CB Richard Ellis.
The company purchased the 46,107-square-foot Riviera Square shopping
center in Riviera Beach and the 63,613-square-foot Sample Plaza in
Pompano Beach. CBRE’s David Donnellan, Todd Weintraub and Dennis Carson
represented seller Kimco Realty Corporation affiliates on both deals.
Riviera Square is located at 3517 Broadway, and Sample Plaza is at 1040
East Sample Road.  — Alexander
